Special Manifold Washers are constructed at Painter Design. This system is very complex and required to flush masterair brake components for railroad cars and engines. Any foreign matter in a brake assembly can cause failure. This system flushes all particulate matter down to 2 micron at 800 gallons per minute through the brake manifold assuring zero contamination. If you have problem manifolds that must be freed of contamination contact us immediately.
