This Conveyor System is used to quench hot aluminum parts coming from the die cast machine, then being placed into a trim press. A robot removes the part from the die cast then drops the part into the quench tank. The conveyor has a chain system with a vary drive gearbox to control the feed rate. This quench tank also has a pump and filter system that removes particles and sprays any oils off the part when exiting the conveyor. The conveyor system also removes all flashing debris and never requires clean-out. For more information please write or call.
